Performance
ER1100 is a 99% - filled aluminum
metal, can be used to thread spool or vertical incision
of the MIG or TIG welding process. ER1100 used for
construction, decoration and equipment, metallurgical,
pipe, spinning apparatus, and other industries.
Generally used in 1100, 3003 or 3003 with a similar
build, and the mother 1060,1070,1080, 1350. The anode
wire after treatment slightly golden yellow, weld
tensile strength of 110 MP.

ER4043 usually as
ALSi1, containing 5% of aluminum filled with silicon
metal, can be used to thread spool or vertical incision
MIG or TIG processing, this metal can be recommended for
welding 3003, 3004,5052,6061,6063 and metal castings
355,356 and 214. ER4043 the melting point temperature in
the range of 1065 -1170°F, in anodized treatment, the
color of gray and white, a minimum tensile strength of
186 Mp.
ER5356 usually as ALMg5, is a magnesium up to 5%
of the metal alloy filling. can be used for MIG or TIG
welding processing, and has good resistance to seawater
corrosion, generally applied to the base metal 5050,
5052,5083,5356,5454 and 5456 welding. It anodized
treatment, the color is white with a tensile strength of
290 MP.
